Telus / Consilium Place

200,000 sq. ft.

Westparks+Associates was awarded the challenging 2013 joint-ventureĀ  project to restack all of Telus occupied floors within the three Consilium Towers owned and managed by Kevric. Working closely with the Kevric and Telus teams, Westparks+Associates, as prime consultant, has coordinated and delivered the rollout of base building upgrades and the Telus branding standards throughout this staged program.

The projected mandate is for the restacking of 500,000 sq. ft. of office space, with a scheduled completion of 5 phases through to June 2015. Over a period of 10 months, WP+A has planned, and coordinated Kevric and Telus approvals and construction drawings for permit, for the completion of all new built environments within the initial 200,000 sq. ft.

Now having completed Phase 1 and nearing completion of Phase 2, Westparks+Associates has met all strategic move dates identified by the teams. The design and upgrade of components include; common corridors, elevator lobbies, office space and base building changes to suit Ontario Building Code.
